Hi, I’m Frankie. I have a small practice based in Brooklyn, NY called Yarrow Medicine. Yarrow started in 2017 when I began seeing patients in my bedroom to keep me afloat while I was looking for work. What began as a very humble and temporary project has now evolved into a full time practice that’s admittedly still a little rough around the edges as it continues to take shape.

I’m hoping to share lots of information about all things Chinese Medicine. This space is going to be a mix of educational resources and personal opinion, all centered around how Chinese Medicine fits into today’s current landscape of “wellness,” capitalism, bodily autonomy and the state of healthcare in general. Accessibility has always been a priority of mine, so my aim is to take the knowledge I’ve learned from my ten plus years of studying and practicing Chinese Medicine and distill it into an easily digestible and (hopefully) fun format that feels relevant to contemporary life, whether you’re in New York, like me, or elsewhere.
