Acupuncture
Acupuncture involves inserting very thin needles into the skin and muscle tissue at strategic points on the body, typically causing minimal discomfort. It alleviates pain, promotes wellness, and helps with stress management and various physical, mental, and emotional conditions.Electroacupuncture

Electroacupuncture
Electroacupuncture uses small electrodes on needle ends to stimulate points and larger areas. It can release muscle spasms or stimulate weak muscles to promote healing and build strength.

Auricular Acupuncture/Ear Seeds
Auricular acupuncture stimulates specific points on the ear corresponding to various organs, emotions, and body areas using needles or ear seeds (tiny beads on adhesive material). It addresses pain relief, stress management, allergies, chronic diseases, and withdrawal symptoms from addiction and detox.

NADA Protocol
The National Acupuncture Detoxification Association (NADA) protocol is a standardized auricular treatment for addiction and mental health issues like trauma, PTSD, and chronic stress. It involves inserting 5 needles into specific points on each ear.

Cupping
Cupping applies suction to the skin and muscles to alleviate pain and inflammation. It promotes fascia release, better circulation, relaxation, and general well-being, and can reduce the appearance of scar tissue and cellulite.

Gua Sha
Gua sha involves gentle scraping of the skin to improve circulation, move lymph, reset fascia, and ease muscle tension. It treats pain, inflammation, and boosts the immune system, promoting faster recovery from illnesses, such as sinus infections and colds. It can also reduce the appearance of scar tissue.

Facial Gua Sha
Facial gua sha uses a smooth-edged tool to massage the skin in gentle motions, stimulating blood circulation, lymphatic drainage, and collagen production. This leads to firmer, more radiant skin and reduces puffiness, fine lines, and wrinkles, leaving your skin looking rejuvenated.

Microneedling
Microneedling uses thin needles to create microchannels in the skin, stimulating collagen and elastin production. This enhances cellular turnover, resulting in firmer, smoother skin, a more even tone, and reduced scars, pores, wrinkles, and stretch marks.

Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a heat therapy using burning mugwort leaves (moxa) above or directly on the skin to enhance healing by promoting circulation and boosting immunity. It calms the nervous system, relieves anxiety, and can safely remove benign skin blemishes like moles and warts.

Infrared Heat Lamp Therapy
Infrared heat lamp therapy uses infrared light to deeply heat tissues and promote circulation. It's a non-invasive method often used to treat muscle pain, arthritis, and other chronic conditions, and it also has cosmetic applications for improving skin tone, reducing wrinkles, and promoting collagen production and hair regrowth.

LED Light Therapy
LED light therapy uses various wavelengths of light to penetrate the skin and scalp, promoting collagen production, reducing inflammation, and increasing blood circulation. This non-invasive treatment can improve skin tone, reduce wrinkles, and treat acne while also stimulating hair follicles, promoting hair growth, and enhancing scalp health, with studies showing benefits for hair density and thickness.

Eastern Herbal Medicine/ Supplements
Herbs and supplements are plant-based and mineral ingredients as well as some animal products that are used to treat a wide array of conditions. Herbs can be applied topically or taken internally and should be used under the supervision of a licensed professional due to their potent effects.

Food Therapy
Food therapy is based on the philosophy that good health begins with our eating habits and our eating habits promote overall well-being. It considers individual constitutions, environmental factors, and five element theory to provide personalized food recommendations for different seasons and phases of life.

Tui Na
Tui na is a therapeutic massage that utilizes various hand and arm techniques, along with traction, body movements, and acupressure point stimulation to address both acute and chronic musculoskeletal issues. The name derives from two key actions: "tui" (to push) and "na" (to lift and squeeze).

Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy involves using essential oils for therapeutic benefits, either through inhalation or direct skin application. It is commonly used to treat respiratory infections, relieve pain and stress, and improve mood.
