Frankie studied Classical Chinese Medicine at Daoist Traditions College of Chinese Medicine. During their four year long program, they were able to study under some of today’s most renowned teachers, including Master Jeffrey Yuen and JulieAnn Nugent-Head, to name a few. They graduated with a Masters of Oriental Medicine in 2015. Frankie is knowledgable in the five channel system, including the Primary, Luo, Eight Extraordinary, Sinew and Divergent meridians. They are also familiar with Five Element acupuncture, and they’re trained in the NADA protocol for patients struggling with addiction.

Frankie believes Chinese Medicine is an important tool that can either be used as a supplement to western medicine, or serve as an alternative to some western medical procedures, such as orthopedic surgery and pharmaceutical drugs. Their sliding scale reflects their commitment to providing accessible care for all by acknowledging the imbalanced resource distribution that more marginalized communities have historically experienced.
